Terms and Conditions
▪Valid for stays until 31st March 2021.
▪General and Full Villa Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment at least 14 days prior to check in date.
▪Date changes to be informed 15 days prior to arrival.
▪Offer only applicable to Sri Lankan passport holders and resident visa holders.
Child Policy
Ages 0 –6: sharing parent’s bed, will be on a free of charge basis
Ages 7 –11: 50% of the adult extra person rate.
Children above the age of 12 are considered adults.
Please note that only a selected rooms can accommodate triple occupancy. Contact us to learn more.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled before 14 days of arrival:
▪Full refund of the 50% advance payment will be given.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival:
▪No refund of the 50% advance payment
However in the event of a natural disaster or volatile situation in the Country (i.e. Covid-19 lockdown, political unrest, terrorist attack, etc.), we will accept last minute cancellations (within 7 -1 days prior to check in date) wherein the villa will recover the food purchasing cost and refund the balance amount of the advance payment.
